Today we get to share with you a fun pack from Parragon Books. It is Spot a Lot Animals Storybook & Puzzle. This is a package that includes a paperback book and a double sided puzzle.

One side of the puzzle is in color.
And the other side is in black and white so the child can color it in. Hazel did not color ours yet.

The picture on the puzzle (both sides) is from a picture in the book. The black and white picture is the mirror image of the picture on the front.

Now Hazel loves I Spy books as well as the other Spot A Lot book we have. However these book are really too easy for her age. She is also doing larger puzzles now as well. However the book is a lot of fun. Each page asks in large print for the child to find a certain number of animals and then there are small print questions of things to find as well. Some of these are more challenging. These type of activities are one of Hazel's favorites. She always wanted to find the hidden pictures in her High Five magazine as well when she got the subscription (it was the first thing she did). Needless to say with her love of animals she really loved this book. Though she did keep asking why the zookeeper couldn't see the animals since they were so obvious. Like I said, she is getting a bit old for this one.

For the prekindergartener and kindergartner this is a perfect play set and we can highly recommend it. We are going to pass it on to one of Hazel's younger friends who we know will have a blast with it!!
