National Geographic Kids is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its annual almanac. This year's is packed full of interesting facts and amazing photos. Today we are sharing with you National Geographic Kids Almanac 2020

Have you discovered the National Geographic Kids annual almanacs? We discovered them a couple of years ago and Hazel LOVES them!! The book is so exciting they even have a webpage for it. Be sure to check it out. It has vidoes and more information from the book. They share information and fun facts about all sorts of things from animals, history, science, technology, cultures and so much more!! Check out this year's contents.

You can see the categories with the world, animals, science and technology, geography and rocks and so much more. It covers everything in quick little clips. It is full of colorful photographs and information and facts. This book will get kids interested in many different topics. Some have to do with the current year (or 2020) and others are about history or the past. There are topics like cool events in 2020 as well as things like Alexander the Great.

The topics can be a bit crazy and unusual and others are more everyday. I also love how it shares about some of the various scientists own stories about their work. This book is an amazing resource book for kids between the ages of 8 and 12. It is such a fun book and covers so much information including topics you didn't know existed. It is always so fun to go through the almanac each year.

Since it is the tenth anniversary of the annual almanac, National Geographic Kids is having a giveaway. The grand prize is a GoPro. You can enter here. Good luck!!
