Disclosure: I was sent a copy of this book in order to provide an honest review. All opinions are my own.
It has been a very long time since I have done a Relaxing Friday Review! I remember when I did them regularly. However, I have not been getting many adult coloring books to review recently, and I guess the adult coloring trend died down a bit. If you go back to my first Relaxing Friday Review, you will see some ways coloring as an adult can help with your thinking skills. There are advantages to it and I am happy to start doing it again. Today we are sharing a newly released coloring book. It is Pop Manga Paint and Ink Coloring Book by Camilla d'Ericco.
About the Book:

From Me:
This book is full of whimsical illustrations to color. The pages are thick and good quality. The illustrations are only on one side so there is not worry about bleeding through. The pop manga illustrations combine humans, animals and fantasy. I tried coloring a couple of pages. I started with this one. I used Paper Mate Flair pens and markers on this one. I started this one during the blizzard of 2026 and did not have power. Coloring is an amazing activity to do without power. It is relaxing and the daylight was enough to see even during the storm.
None of the color bleed through on this page. I loved the idea of a girl with birds in her hair. The next page I tried to use watercolor paints. I also pulled out my alcohol-based markers. I found some of these colors did bleed through to the back of the page but did not go on the next page. In fact, the next page is the next picture as well. The pages are perforated so you do not have to color them in the book or if you love your work, you can remove it and frame it!
I love the various images in this book. They have a huge range and are just fun. They are cute and fun to color. Plus, they get your imagination going with the cute animals and fantasy creatures. If you love a bit of whimsical and cute pictures to color be sure to check out this coloring book. Coloring is so good for you as it is relaxing and helps give you a brain break!
