Create-Your-Own Handmade Christmas Cards -- a Relaxing Saturday Review

Disclosure: Storey Publishing sent me this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Ok, I know it is way too early to talk Christmas, however if you are a crafter you probably are already thinking about it. So today's review is a coloring book to make your own Christmas cards. And if you want to make them all to send out, you need to get started soon. Now I should mention that the past couple of years we have had a bit of Christmas in July since we have visited Santa's Village each July. Here is a picture I think might go on our photo card this year. What do you think?

The book I am sharing today is Create-Your-Own Handmade Christmas Cards by Caitlin Keegan.

The book has 30 cards and envelopes. The cards have coloring on both the front and back and are blank inside. The envelopes have a cute little decoration to color around the address.  I haven't gotten far on my envelope yet.
The cards vary from pictures to words and pictures. There are also five that have a removable ornament. You can see the center ornament has the perforation to remove the ornament as well as a hole to attach a string to hang it.

Hazel began the back of this card. It also has ornaments.

I colored this one but have not started the back of it yet.

I also started this one, but did not get very far.

So are you thinking about Christmas yet? Be sure to check this fun book to make your cards a bit more personal. For other color-your-own Christmas cards and crafts check out Christmas and envelope liners and more liners.
