Disclosure: I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

With the Covid cases rising more than it has for any real travel, it is time to explore the world and cultures from home. Today's book will help you and your family do just that. It is Katie Chin's Global Family Cookbook by Katie Chin.

From Me:

This book truly has you traveling the world. Katie Chin covers everything from Asia (of course since she also has a Chinese Cookbook), Africa, Jamaica, Mexico, South America, New Orleans and more! Plus, she includes some fusion recipes as well as an entire section on Multicultural Celebrations like Lunar New Year, Hannukah, Greek Easter and Cinco de Mayo. There is even a section of a chapter about the on-trend bowls.

Each recipe has an introduction about where she was inspired or how the recipe came to be. The recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredients are pretty commonplace. The book shares different ways to themed family dinners like Meatless Mondays and Taco Tuesday but the recipes for each are from around the world. Then there are chapters about breakfast, finger foods (appetizers), soup and salads, poultry, meat, fish, vegetables, grains, beverages and sweets as well as the multicultural celebrations. It is full of a bit of everything.

So explore the world from your home and enjoy these different cultural foods! What a great way to start the new year! I hope you will check it out!
