There are many alphabet books out there. They all have different themes and different styles. Some are about the letters giving them life and personalities. Some are themed picking words that begin with each letter. Today we are sharing a board book that is the second type, and it is actually part of a series of themed alphabet books. The book is Mrs. Peanuckle's Space Alphabet by Mrs. Peanuckle and illustrated by Jessie Ford. It is recommended for ages 0 to 3. This is a fun alphabet book. It introduces ideas of outer space to the youngest kids. It starts with "A is for atom." It explains about how everything is made up of atoms. The book is full of all sorts of science facts as well as fun words. Plus, the words are in alphabetical order so kids can practice their alphabet. Each word also has a bit of a description full of science facts.

This book is perfect to introduce outer space to younger kids or for a classroom studying space. It is also a fun way to practice the alphabet. I love how it brings science to the younger kids in a fun and colorful way. The science is factual and it is explained in age-appropriate ways. I can see it getting some young kids interested in STEM which is amazing! This book is perfect for a gift to any young child, baby shower, or a preschool teacher. What a fun way to kick off science this school year!
