The Happiness Project Mini Posters Book -- a Relaxing Friday Review

Disclosure: I was sent these books free of charge in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

It has been awhile since I actually wrote a Relaxing Friday Review on a Friday, but today I am doing it. I am sharing a fun coloring book with you called The Happiness Project Mini Posters: A Coloring Book by Gretchen Rubin and illustrated by Clairice Gifford.

This book has twenty pull-out pages to color and frame. The expressions on them are meant to remind viewers to be happy or do things that will make them happy like having a relaxing Friday with some coloring. The expressions are wonderful. The pages are single sided so the pictures can all be framed or hung. The book measures 7 x 9 inches. You could easily mount it onto a 8 x 10 inch paper and frame it.

The pages are easy to color and for the most part can be done in one sitting. That is something I really like because I actually finish them!!
Isn't this one perfect for an office or a playroom? I think I may hang it in Hazel's room. I really have been enjoying this coloring book.

I still have plenty to color but love the quality--thick pages, and the sayings. I hope you will check it out and remember to take time to relax today!!
